4th of July Celebration Parade
Middletown, VA - July 4, 2009
This year’s parade will be held Saturday, July 4, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. The parade line up will be from 2:30-3:45 pm on the parking lot of Lord Fairfax Community College, Registration ends at 3:45 pm. The awards will be given out following the parade in the park.

Greene County Fourth of July Parade
Stanardsville, VA - July 4, 2009
Come and join us for an authentic small-town-America 4th of July parade. The Town of Stanardsville’s annual Independence Day Parade and Celebration will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 4th. The festive parade down Main Street will be followed by a patriotic-themed program on the Court House Square, with a reading of the Declaration of Independence and musical performances. Food, ice-cream, and soft drinks will be available from vendors.

No fee to enter parade
There will be fire and rescue units, majorettes, bands, and antique vehicles.
